Email Pin

After reading several posts where people ordered the Disney planning DVD then received an e-mail pin within a week I decided to try it out. I ordered the DVD last Thurs and lo and behold I had a pin waiting in my inbox on Wed. Granted, it wasn't any better than the rate I already had but I still thought it was interesting.

I have ordered the DVD a couple of times, (new address, husband's name,etc.) I have never recieved an email with a pin or a postcard.I do have a fair collection of DVD'sso we can see what changes year to year.We have been 1-2 times a year for the last several years and still no discounts. I am just not feeling the love.

I am with you on that one. The only discounts that I have gotten from Disney was the SO CAL trip in my mother in laws name. I have no idea how here name got on my address. Plus is was for the resort on the other side of the country from me!! I just my inbox all the time for a pin and nothing. I am starting to feel . I have so many travel DVDs I could make a really cool artwork and I have even signed up for DVC offers. Still nothing. I am going on three years of no pins. I wish Disney would be a little fairer about their discounts.

I have reqested the dvd several times in the past and no luck, but I tried it again after someone suggested a code may follow.....I received my DVD (which we love to watch to get excited for the trip) but, alas, No email followed
I think Disney knows they aren't getting rid of me so they have no need to entice me

I also sent for the DVD, one in my name and one to my daughter's address and we have both received the DVDs but no code. I agree with you, Disney knows we come every year, sometimes twice a year, and will continue to go to Disney with or without a discount code. I am still hoping for a code or pin, so we can at least have our dining plan for less $$$$. Our countdown is now less than five weeks... Woo Hoo.... can't wait!!!!

We've been able to go close to once a year but we rarely stay onsite unless it's with my mom so I wonder if they're trying to entice me? Too late, we're staying onsite already for part of this trip!!

I see there is another email pin making the rounds. Guess what... I didn't get that one either! Still no love here.Well, they will only be getting me once this year and maybe not at all next.

I never got a pin - email or mail - either! However, I surprised my parents with a trip a few years ago, and they get postcards all the time! What the heck!!!

Just got in from work, one of my coworkers was checking her email and there it was. She got the free dining email and to top it off she got the 40% postcard that came last spring too. It will never make sense to me.
