Email/PIN number questions HELP!!

Ok, I have a problem that I need all you wonderful smart people to help me with!! I'm a travel agent, most of you know that. So last week I had a client call me wanting to book a pkg to WDW using the email/PIN number she rec'd on a booking for 10/9-14.
Ok, great, called Disney, got prices w/Ultimate Park Hopper passes. Qtd to client, they said hold it. Over the wknd they decided they wanted to do this with just PARK HOPPER tickets not the ULTIMATE PARK HOPPER tickets. So I called Disney travel and was told ok to use it but would have to book the hotel rooms seperate from the tickets. Ok, fine whatever. Priced it for me.....big savings yo my client. Qtd to client, she said put it on hold. Ok great did that. Then Monday she asked a couple more questions, called back to get answers and confirmed price was correct booking tickets seperate from room. Yes. THREE TIMES I HAVE CALLED DISNEY TRAVEL, TALKED to THREE different agents and ALL 3 told me my client could book the rooms seperate from the tickets under PARK HOPPER tickets. Ok fine. client emailed me today and said yes, we're ready to make the change, change it to room only w/park hopper not Dream Maker pkg. Ok, so I called Disney Travel, got an agent who told me NO you can't book this seperate!! This PIN number is good for Dream Maker pkg only w/Ultimate Park Hopper tickets!!! I'm freaking out! Here I have had at least 3 different agents tell me the same thing, priced it hte same way, I've quoted it to my client and then come to find out w/this PIN number it is good for DREAM MAKER pkg ONLY!!!
I was SOOOO MAD!!! So, to try and make a long story short, the agent I had dug into the situation, talked to supvs and found out that there are 2 different codes on these PIN numbers and she has the one where you can book the hotel rooms seperate from the tickets and get just Park Hopper tickets!! AND since I have 2 couples going the one that rec'd the email technically is the only family that qualifies for the discount BUT b/c
the res agent that made the original booking messed up, they are going to allow the PIN to cover both of them!!

So, when ya'll are booking these pkgs w/these PIN numbers, make sure you know what you have....Dream Maker pkgs vs room only pkgs.

Just thought I would share some good news w/ya'll since I used this forum to vent a while last week. Today I called Disney and was able to book my clients in at the Contemporary under the PIN number as they requested. Apparently this agent I spoke to Thursday didn't know as much as she thought she did. When I called today I was able to reach a wonderful lady who told me that the PIN numbers are good for room res as well as packages. What a relief! Always pays off to call back or ask for a supv if you know in your hearts of hearts you are right!
