Hi all, I wrote an email to Disney asking about the codes, this was the response that I got, I thought all might like to know.

As you may be aware, the Walt Disney World Resort periodically offers special resort programs as a courtesy to our guests. However, please know that seasonal resort programs are traditionally only determined and released one season at a time, and often not until the very end of the previous season. Special programs are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
If you would like to be considered for future promotions, you may update your member account on the following URL:

This will take you to the login screen where you will need to login or register for the first time. Then, click on "Profile" on the upper left side. Scroll to the bottom and click on "Update Your Profile." You will be given a list of Free E-mail Notification Service options where you can select "Occasional updates and limited special offers from our family of businesses" and receive occasional updates and special offers.
Please note that special programs are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. This does not guarantee future mailings.
