email mp3 file name please?

Hey, sometimes when they don't get the email show posted or if it doesn't work, one of you (can't remember who - sorry!!!) sometimes figures out the file and posts it. Can anyone do that today?

I need to get it downloaded before my long commute home. . .

When is the email show usually posted?? I thought it was usually up by 11am

Last week it was up by 8:00am! But I think that is unusual.
