Email List Question

Hi Podcast crew. I had previously signed up on the email list, but being the paranoid person I am, I went in and tried to sign up again just in case. I had done this previously and I was told I was already signed up. When I did it today, it took my email again like I had not previously signed up. Do we need to periodically sign back up again for the email list?

Are they sent regularly? Or just randomly?
