URGENT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR TRAVEL PLANS

Dear priceline customer,

In the wake of recent tragedies airline travel is
severely restricted.

We want to assure you that we are in constant contact with our
travel partners and are doing everything we can to accommodate
priceline customers who may be mid-trip or have concerns
about any upcoming booked trip. We appreciate your patience
and understanding.

For your convenience we've provided information on Air, Hotel and
Car Rental reservations below. Please read this email very carefully
and follow the directions provided so that we can deliver the
assistance you need as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please note that priceline is only accepting airline ticket
bookings for flights that depart after 11:59 PM, Sunday,
September 16. Please check our website often for updates.


ASSISTANCE WITH AIR TRAVEL RESERVATIONS

Like our airline partners, we are experiencing heavy call volumes at
our customer service centers, and we appreciate your patience.
Priceline is working with the airlines to accommodate your needs as
best as possible. If your travel dates are more than 3 days away,
please wait to call so that we can assist customers with immediate
travel requirements. If your travel dates are more than 3 days away,
we will work with you to accommodate your needs at a later time.

FOR TICKET CANCELLATIONS

The airlines are unable to handle any refund requests for priceline
tickets. If you are holding a ticket for travel within the next 3 days
and wish to cancel your trip, please contact priceline Customer Service
via e-mail or at 1-800-774-2354(1-800-priceline) and we will handle
your request according to your airline's current policy.

FOR ITINERARY CHANGES

If you are holding an airline ticket for travel within the next 3
days, and wish to change your travel plans for a date in the immediate
future, you may contact your airline directly for the most up-to-date
change policies. Click here for airline phone numbers and Web
site addresses.

If your travel dates are more than 3 days away, please wait to call so
that customers with immediate travel requirements can be assisted
first. Service interruptions will likely continue as the carriers
return to full operations.

ASSISTANCE WITH HOTEL RESERVATIONS

If you're scheduled to check into your hotel on or before 11:59 PM,
Sunday,September 16 and are unable to reach your destination, please
contact priceline Customer Service via e-mail or at 1-800-774-2354
(1-800-priceline) and we will work with you.

ASSISTANCE WITH RENTAL CAR RESERVATIONS

If you're scheduled to pick up your rental car on or before 11:59 PM,
Sunday, September 16 and are unable to reach your destination, please
contact priceline Customer Service via e-mail or at 1-800-774-2354
(1-800-priceline) and we will work with you.
