Yep I have! I am becoming fast friends with these people since I call them once a week cause they say oh keep trying you have to stay on top of it!! I do have a FD attached to my name but im going in dec so its no use to me. I just want the 20/30/40 code so I can calm down!! oh well if I dont get it its ok cause i'm still going to disney either way but still a discount would be amazing!!!!

Ironically enough, I would rather have the FD pin!! (We have 6 in our family-it would save us more!!) Is the FD pin good through Oct? Just curious. Hopefully a general public FD code will come out that will go through Oct-if so I will switch discounts. Wish we could trade!

So I opened my email and lo and behold, a Disney Destinations email! With a pounding heart and shaking fingers I clicked on it AND......it's for Florida residents!! I am not a Florida resident. Why oh why do they tease me in this way?? Last week I received the quick service dining plan pin in the mail which didn't apply to the dates I need. Disney, are you listening? Please send me the 20/30/40 discount and I promise to come and spend obscene amounts of money! Ok, that last part isn't true about spending obscene amounts but send it anyway!

LOL! The FD ends aug 15th so no good for us either! I would take either one at this point if they would work in our time frame! FD would save us 300-500 depending on if it is QSDP or DDP. and the 20/30/40 would save us 115-330-900ish depending on what resort was available. I just want a discount!!!!!!!! Good luck! I did get disney letter head cause that is so useful for me!!I am working on a new email under my dh name with my mil address and i deleted all cookies and made an itinerary stating i was staying off site because disney is too expensive unless a good fall/ winter promotion comes out and I made it on tues which some people are saying is the lucky day! Same here!! I opened an account for DH a few weeks ago and they have sent him 3, yes 3 of those downloadable stationary emails. He of course has no idea, so he keeps telling me, "I got one of those Disney Destinations emails" and gets me all nervous only to find more stationary. BIG TEASE. Why oh why won't they give me a pin!!!!??????

My hubbie said it was because I got sick for most of this week that got my pin (20/30/40), but I'm thinking not...

What I did:

* four different emails with the same home addresses; three under my name, one under hubbie's name
* saved itineraries around the times I was looking for
* looked at package offers while logged in
* saved package offers while logged in
* looked at room offers while logged in
* looked at ticket prices while logged in
* saved room only offers while logged in
* every time the non-booking survey popped up, told it it was too expensive


What WORKED for me may not work for you :

* changed info on two new email addresses that weren't already registered with Disney; one to my hyphenated last name, one to my work address
* canceled all saved offers and itineraries
* logged into the new accounts and made itineraries for times around when we wanted to go
* put didn't need accommodations (staying in non-Disney resort) for all
* put things actually IN the itinerary of the email address that got the PIN code
* shopped all levels of Disney packages and rooms, but never saved
* always told the pop-up survey when asked Other: Staying Off-Site
* Once finished, stayed logged OFF of Disneyworld site
* Once I got a junk email from Disney Destinations (snowglobe, etc), then I logged back in and started over


After 10 days, a PIN email showed up in one of the new emails (never any of the ones that were currently registered with Disney from previous trips), on April 19, three days after an offer for Disney videos. I hadn't done anything with any of the emails or Disney accounts since before the weekend since I've been sick. Interestingly, this is the one that has my maiden-married last name on it; my last name is unusual, so I was wondering if, because my mom and I had a trip booked, I was getting screened out because of that. My hubbie says it's random, the CMs say it's random, but darned if I didn't get it on THAT account and none of the others....

So now, instead of a weekend in PO-FQ for our Mom-Daughter weekend, I'm surprising my Mom with the Poly!!!! And hubbie is SERIOUSLY considering a trip in late October- we can do WL for the price of a moderate....
