So after being on the phone with a CM yesterday, their IT people were trying to figure out what happened. Last week I changed (moved) the date of our cruise/air. The air was actually less (yeah!), but for some reason, I owed 80 cents towards my deposit, and the CM didn't tell me that, so the air was cancelled. Anyway, Disney fixed the problem and must have eaten the airfare difference. I did have to pay the 80 cents, though!! LOL
