Help!
Would anyone have an email for Hard Rock Hotel, or I guess any of the Universal Loews resorts?
We stayed last weekend, and unfortunatly I left a small bag hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Just an overnight bag with razors, toothbrush, etc... Nothing of any real value, but it would probably cost $50/60 to replace the bad/contents.
I called immediatly upon returning home to see if I could pay to have it sent to me, and was told housekeeping had not yet been to our room (we're just 1.5 hours away) but they would call me back that evening. Of course, as seems to be the case with HRH phone call promises, I never got one.
Does anyone have an email address I could contact them at? It's almost not the issue of the bag now - as that was clearly my fault - just looking for a small amount of customer service.
On a side note, I will post a full review sometime this week. A summary of our two night stay - It was good, but not as good as PBH or RPR. In fact, had it not been for Express Benefits and not having the hassel of having to drive to the parks, IMO HRH is not worth staying at. Much to our suprise, we loved RPR, and were hesitant as that is suppossed to be the lowest in terms of price/quality.
