Hello,
Yesterday I had probably one of the best experiences on the phone whilst making a Specialty Cruise ressie, the lady, Guenevere, could not have been more helpful and I could tell that she enjoyed her job.
I would like to contact the correct department to pass on my thanks and praise as I have always been a believer of praising where praise is due.

Wonderful idea to give a compliment. I guess it's just human nature to complain more than compliment.
I know if you go to disneyworld.com there is a place you can e-mail them. We have used this in the past. You first get a response that they received your e-mail. Several weeks later you will get a specific answer to your e-mail. On two occasions over the years we have even received phone calls from the WDW Executive Offices to talk about our situations (both complaints and compliments).

I sent a letter not three weeks ago about a CM that helped arrange all of my ADR's. She helped me shuffle and place each one despite my constant questions and reading back of every reservation. We triple checked her dates/times against mine and then she helped me get in contact with the one of the firework cruises.

About a week after sending it, I get a nice call from someone in customer relations thanking me for my detailed letter (names, dates, times, etc.) and that they would forward a copy of the letter to both CM Karen T. and her supervisor. I do this in hopes that when promotion/raise time comes around, these folks are recognized for sharing the spirit of Disney with me and my family.
