Is there an email address for the Hard Rock I can use to make requests for our rooms? We stayed for a fortnight in July which was fantastic apart from the first night.
The first two rooms we were in were just along from the Hard Rock shop, lobby and elevators and you could hear music all night, the pinging of the elevators and people walking through to the rest of the floor. This was not ideal after being up well over 24 hours. We went straight to reception at 6 am and requested the rooms to be changed and we were moved to a higher floor which was perfect.
We are back there tomorrow and have requested a high room with the travel agent but thought if I could email them today we may stand a better chance of not getting a noisy room.
