I haven't got the email address but have contacted them before on this phone number for reservations 08001690730, not sure if that's still the right number but if not try 08000280778 and ask to be put through. Hope this helps but if not someone on here should have the email address

This close you are best of calling: 0800 16 90 730

They will then get your documents out ASAP although you only really need the voucher for your gift card if you are due one.

They don't respond to emails very quickly and it is a freephone number so it really is your best option
