Elsa and anna???

Ok so I know it's the million dollar question but....

How is everyone finding the frozen princesses? Is it a case of legging it over at the start of emh and waiting, or has anyone had any better experiences? We are in the parks mon-wed of next week... Would love to here how you are getting on!

Ooh also (and this goes for all the meets) at the advertised end time, do they shut the queue and still see those queuing, or can you be turned away after ages queue ing? Iykwim

The monday wee were there (17th November) the queue time was 180mins! Which was the shortest we saw it.

Grr it's a long time isn't it! DD would LOVE to meet them, but at 3, she's still young enough to not know what she's missing...decisions lol

My 2 are teenagers, we'd all still love to meet them, but theres no way any of us will wait any longer than about 45 minutes at the most for a meet n greet (I won't queue that long for a ride either).

Do you know about the other meets...say rapunzel, will she only see people for her dedicated 45 mins, or do the close the queue then?

Elsa and Anna are in the Princess parade at 11am so if it's just a question of seeing them, rather than getting a photo with them, that might be a good alternative. They sing and dance on the tiered stage by the castle so if you can get a good place there you'll have a decent spell seeing them.

(Also after the parade all the princesses walk back through the park to the Princess Pavillion so although there's no interaction you can get very close.)

Last week we waited 50 mins to meet spiderman even though the sign said 20 mins which we thought was bad until we spoke to a family who had just waited 4hrs at the princess pavilion to see Anna & Ailsa!! .

We were very shocked at meet & greets to find that as soon as it reached finishing time the character was led away regardless of the que, so if it was due to end at 1pm the character was led away at exactly 1pm so it was tough luck if your child was next in the que.

I saw this happen with Rapunzel, Buzz Lightyear and Mickey & Minnie and I felt really bad for the child next in line but I suppose they have to do it or they'd be there all day x

How many adults are in your party, Minnie? Could one person wait in the queue while the other takes the children on some rides?

That's what had happened in summer. Rapunzel was there well over the allotted time.

And even back then people started lining up more than 2 hours out. If they do it that way now I don't even want to imagine when the line will start.

When we were there they closed off the queue at a certain point - Mickey and Minnie for example were out 8 till 10 in magic hours so they closed the queue at 9.

You have to queue up, normaly in the waiting area of the Old Mill ride which is located on the left hand side of the Princess Pavillion. You will then receive a ticket (like a Fast Pass ticket) with a return time.

Only one person in your group needs to queue, but from past experiance you will need all the tickets of those in your group with you.

So... Do you think all the tickets will be gone by the time the park opens? We have annual passes so will queue from emh, but do you think there's much chance if you only get in at 10?

I don't know if it will be the same but when we were there in August our little girl was desperate to see Snow White , so we went in on the early morning hours to beat the (summer holiday)rush for a ticket to princess pavilion to then find out no one will be giving them out until park open normally !!! Wether this will be the same Who knows just make a beeline for the back of the park as soon as you get in .. Good luck we shall be making that race for a ticket when we go out in the 20th dec xx

today (first day of ticketing again) all the timeslot tickets for the whole day had been handed out by just after 10am - people had queued in EMH to get them, and they started handing them out at 10am.

eta - i'm pleasantly encouraged by guests experiences with the ticket system today (those who knew about it and got a ticket that is). Queue for 40 minutes or so in EMH to get a timeslot ticket, and then go into the PP in your timeslot, and only wait around 10 minutes inside.
