Nope, no FP. It's a nice queue line though, especially inside the house. I think we waited about 25 minutes and getting to meet Anna and Elsa was totally worth it!
I normally see the meet at 20-60 mins
HOWEVER I know on November 22nd the sisters are getting their Frozen 2 outfits. IDK if it's just for the day/weekend to celebrate the film release, just for the rest of the Holiday season or if it will be their new normal look....that said IDK how that will effect things
The lines right now are typically on the shorter side, and the interactions with Anna and Elsa are some of the best we've experienced, but I don't know how Frozen 2's release will affect wait times...
The wait time in early Nov was posted at 20 min but it was closer to 35 min when we were finished with both characters. That was shortly after the park opened. The line built quickly in the morning.

Not sure as we were only in Epcot for one morning and we didn’t linger around WS after we were done in Norway. It took about an hour and a half between walking to Norway from the front entrance, waiting for the meet in greet, FP for FEA, then walking back to FW for Test Track. For whatever that’s worth...
Want to bump this as not related to the original question about FP/wait time just a warning that the new outfits they are meeting in are NOT the ones in all the promotional materials but some pretty spoilery ones from the end of the film (especially regarding Anna)
