So, my fiancé and I were looking at possibly getting married, just the two of us using the Memories package.

My question is whether Disney is able to provided the two witnesses over 18 to sign the marriage license? It's the one thing holding us back.

I could be wrong--but I'm not sure you need witnesses in Florida? I looked in several places, and couldn't find reference to a part of the law that requires witnesses.

Here's something for Florida's website that doesn't make reference to it either:

I get the impression that all you need is the license to be notarized...which I guess is "witness" enough. The ceremony at Disney (or anywhere) is really just ceremony. The document is really the thing you need.

Here's the other thing I found:

Tiffiny is correct. Florida no longer requires witnesses. We just obtained our license and the courthouse informed us.
