Ellen´s Energy updated?

Thanks erikthewise!
I always make sure I go see Ellen before Test Track messes my hair up!! :teeth:

My kids love when ellen is trying to say The Big Bang and says "the ding dang". She IS perfect in this! So is 'stupid Judy'!!

Who would you replace Ellen with???

Give me a break! Ellen is great for this ride, my kids love her! And Bill Nye... well what can you say... he is awesome!

"Bill, Bill, Bill, Bill Nye the Science Guy....... science rules"
:jumping1:

This ride should be open the week of December 4-10th, right?

No reason why not. It was open last year at this time. Last time I looked it was not scheduled for rehab. It is not "open seasonally" like Wonders of Life (which probably WILL be closed that week.)

I like the preshow part with Ellen...she is so funny! But once those cars get to that slow moving, cool, dark section...it's "nap ride"! SE is also a nap ride...very soothing...and I like the part when you start going back down and get to lean back.

Just back from our Oct 15-23 trip and UOE was a MUST DO for my DS11 and DD9. I love it every time I see it.

STUPID JUDY!! How cool is that?

Another fan of Ellen! This is my daughter's and my favorite ride in Epcot. I never get tired of the film. I love her sense of humor! :D

Love the hairdryer in the helicopter.

I aggree, this has always been one of my favorites. Shoot, I even like the old pre-show with the turning cubes and all. I really don't think it needs updating. We use it as a comfort station too. When its 90+ outside, this is a quick way to get into a nice air conditioned ride for 22 minutes and get re-engerized(note the play on the theme here)..smjj

This is really interesting, because I thought I was the only one who likes this ride! I hated the original. It was like sitting through a 45 minute slide show from 5th grade. (although, I probably was in the fifth grade when I first saw this). Anyway, Ellen has added everything the ride was lacking originally...plus some!

I like this ride! One time the ride broke down and we had to walk out. It gave me a wonderful opportunity to show my DD's (6 and 3 at the time) how the dinosaurs and set were made. It was a great learning experience for our family, and now the girls enjoy the ride rather than being afraid of it.

This attraction is waaaaay tooooooo loooooong.

My DW loves it though and I have to sit through it every time.

I really enjoy the Ellen version of the ride. The original was a snooze fest. I also love the musical score. I can't imagine anyone else making it as entertaining. Also the Michael Richards cameo as the caveman is hilarious :)

I hope it is open in December cause I don't remember the Michael Richards cameo. The show is fun.

Think it is 43 minutes from start of preshow (which is as entertaining as the ride if not more so) to the end

I'm so happy there are others that love the Ellen show. We thinks Ellen is perfect for the part.

Since most of our trips are in August, we like the 43 min cool down.

Today on Ellen's show Jason Alexander was on and he complimented her on this ride. She thanked him and said she had heard great things about it but had never seen it!
