Elite package question

Hello everyone, I just purchased the elite package last night and have a question. The DC rep told me the photo package comes with a DVD of the dolphin experience but advised me it could or maybe wouldn't include all 4 of us and she would note the reservation that I wanted the DVD to include my family and not someone else's. I don't care that other people may be in it however I do want to make sure at least us 4 are. Has anyone had this issue before?

If you are all doing the dolphin swim together, I don't know why anyone would be left off the DVD. There were 3 of us when we bought the DVD and we were all on it.

That's what I figured but the rep threw me off by saying we may not all be in it.

I think the rep you spoke to was misinformed.

You will all be in the DVD if you are all doing the dolphin swim. I am thinking what the customer service person may have meant to say is that your DVD may not include just your family of 4......if there are more people in your dolphin swim group (which there most likely will be, as groups of approximately 8 seem to be about the norm) then they, too, will be featured in your DVD.

Much as I love the SW parks, you don't always get the most accurate information from them by phone . I always email when I need info, and find that I have much more success that way.
