Eligibility Questions

Hi all!
My boyfriend and I are looking into applying for the CP together soon. I am a current undergrad, a first semester junior. He went to a tech school for 1 1/2 years after high school graduation, and completed his program in 2006. He is now looking to get back into school at my university or a nearby community college.

My questions: I know you have to have attended 1 semester of school before applying. Does his past schooling count? Or does he need to be enrolled as a current student again before applying? And once enrolled, he can apply while his doing his first semester correct? He doesn't have to complete 1, then apply during his second semester?

Also, when are applications no longer accepted for the fall program? The earliest semester he can likely get into is next summer semester here; could we still apply for fall 2010 then, or will we need to wait to apply for spring 2011?

He has to be enrolled while applying, I believe. But the good news is he doesn't have to complete a semester to apply.

I believe they stop accepting applications for the fall sometime in mid to late April. Though I could be wrong and that's all subject to change, anyhow.
