My daughter is begging for the Elena makeover at BBB she saw on TV (thanks Disney channel...grrrr). I know that Princess Elena is a costume option at BBB at WDW now, but I do not see her as an option on the cruise BBB website. Can anyone who has been in the BBB on a recent cruise shed light on this? Thanks!

It was not available on our Magic cruise January 5-8. They did sell her dress though at the boutique. She was not on board for autographs either.

Thank you! Hope you had a great cruise! I think I'm going to buy the dress and bring it with us as an early birthday present for our DD. Then she can just get her hair and makeup done at BBB and wear her new dress. Probably cheaper too!

We were on the Wonder Dec. 30 and YES they had her dress in BBB. My daughter endedc up picking the DCL only Minnie dress, but she considered Elena first.

I hope this isn't a silly question, but is Elena available in all sizes or only pre-schooler's size? My daughter will be 10 when we go back to MK (and she's a bit big for her age to boot) but she loves Elena and wants to be done up as her at BBB. The official WDW website did not list Elena among the choices. Will I have to let her down easy?

Have you checked out Momapprovedcostumes.com? That's where 90% of my dd's dresses are from because they are soft, notnscratchy, crinoline-free, and glitter-free. They really stretch (stretchy thin velvet tops) so you may be able to get away with an xl- for clothing size 8-10. They also have "tween" dresses, though not Elena.

Looks like we may be out of luck. Or I'm sure she'll think of another princess she likes. But thanks. At least she'll still get to meet Elena at Princess Fairy Tale Hall.
