Elementary diploma template

I was wondering if you great disigners could help me with a project I wanted to do.

At my daughters school each class has a school mascot name from a college (Usually the one their teacher attended)
This is the last year of Elementary for her class. My daughters class is the Georgia bulldogs. She is finishing the 5th grade.
I wanted to get them a diploma.

Then I remembered the talented people here on the disboards that helped me make my doors look so great on vacation.

So can you help me with a diploma template.
Something like -
Georgia Bulldog Diploma
This is to certify that
_________________
has completed the required course of study at
Elliot Elementary
This _____day of __________year_____
Then a place for the teacher to sign.

Their logo is a big G. Black or red. Or a bulldog, but I can add that later if needed.

I hope I am asking right. Or if you need to direct me to a certain disigner let me know.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
