Electricity Voltage

I AM GOING TO DLP IN JANUARY AND AM TRYING TO GET A CHARGER FOR MY CAMERA AND DON'T KNOW WHAT THE VOLTAGE IS IN FRANCE. WOULD I NEED A VOLTAGE CONVERTER? MY CURRENT CHARGER IS AMERICAN WHICH I HAVE USED A UK ADAPTOR BUT I THINK IT WOULD BE TO DANGEROUS TO USE THE AMERICAN CHARGER WITH A UK ADAPTER PLUGGED INTO AN EUROPE 2 PRONG ADAPTER !!!!!!

The french have 230 like in the UK They have a 2 prong adapter. I would try and see if you can get a 100 to 230 european adapter as then you just have 2 plugs not 3. The plugs are the same as Spain so you woud be able to use it for other travel.
