Electrical Parade on Water?

My DH and I went to WDW in 1990 and saw the electrical parade on the lagoon. Am I crazy? Is it still there? I read about Spectromagic (sp?) and it sounds pretty neat.
We have the electrical parade here a California Adventure. Not too excited about that since they "sold" lights from the original parade when they "did away with it". Ugh!

I think you mean the Electric Water Pagent (sp?)

It goes around Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon and stops in front of each of the Grand Floridian, Poly, Contemporary, Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness (I think that's all!).

It usually starts about 9pm - a quick search on www.allearsnet.com or www.wdwinfo.com for ewp will bring up the info.

Don't know if you're crazy... that's another question altogether.

But, yes, the Electrical Water Pageant is still there.

Although Electrical Water Pageant generally follows the schedule below, check with the Guest Services Desk at your Magic Kingdom Resort for times during your stay. Inclement weather can cause cancellation of the pageant.

Polynesian Resort -- 9 p.m.
Grand Floridian -- 9:15 p.m.
Wilderness Lodge -- 9:35 p.m.
Fort Wilderness -- 9:45 p.m.
Contemporary Resort -- 10:05 p.m.
Magic Kingdom -- 10:20 p.m. (only during extended MK park hours)

Note that when the Magic Kingdom Fireworks are scheduled for 9 p.m., the Electrical Water Pageant runs about 7-20 minutes later.

We're all a little crazy when it comes to stuff like that. The last time I saw the parade was 1992. We went back last year, and as soon as I heard the music, I pulled my boys out of the pool of the WL to see the parade. I was so excited and beaming like a little kid. I'm such a dork about stuff like that!

The Electric Water Pageant is an old favorite of mine, too. I'll never forget the 1st time we went to WDW - we literally chased it around the lagoon by WDW buses before finally catching it at the contemporary!! That being said, Spectromagic is also really beautiful. I think all of the night time shows/parades/fireworks are not to be missed if you can help it!
