Electrical Parade Cancelled If Raining?

Do they cancel the electrical parade if it is raining, or even just a few showers?

When we were there in 2004, we had a huge storm on our last night and it was cancelled. Shame really as I was taking the camera that night to get some photos of it as i'd not bothered during the rest of our stay!!!Any other time we've been there, it's been dry so i don't know if its just in a storm or a shower or what.

They cancel any parade when it's raining--not safe for the performers to be trying to perform in the rain, especially with costumes that have light bulbs all over them.

Warm light bulbs and cold rain,electricty /water doesn't mix real well. Plus i'm sure the rain wouldn't do the costumes any good.
