Electrical Parade and Fireworks in the same night?

I tried searching with no luck, so I'll go ahead and post a new thread.

I really want to see Disney's Electrical Parade, as I have never seen it before. But, I also think my kids would get a kick out of the Dreams Come True Fireworks show. DEP is at 8:45 and DCTF is at 9:25.

Is it feasible to try and attempt both in one night? If not, which would you recommend? We will be there 4/22-4/26, but will not be staying late enough to catch either Saturday night.

We're going at the exact same time! And we're asking the exact same questions. Where are you guys staying? Are you just doing Disney or other places too? Just wondering.

Yay, how cool!! We're staying at the Carousel Inn across the street. I am pretty sure we're just doing DL and DCA. I've been to DL, and SoCal, several times and I'd rather spend all my time at DL!

Can you believe we don't have a place to stay yet? Actually we have a room booked at the Candlewood Suites in Garden Grove but I would rather be closer so I'm going to book something TOMORROW. My problem is that there are 6 of us. A lot of places have 4 max in a room. I refuse to split up. If you don't mind me asking? Where are you from?

Right here in California. I live in the Bay Area. Being close to the park was a huge must for us, we have 2 little ones and I am huge! lol

Hi, we did this a few weeks ago and we followed the directions shown on the forum and it worked for us easily, although if you have little ones it might be more of a push.
ELP we sat near the Jumping Jellyfish and them we stood at the train station behind the VIP seating and had a fantastic view of the fireworks.
