Electric Shaver for Tween

I can't believe I'm asking this already. LOL. My tween wants to shave her legs (she says all her friends already are ). So I want to start her shaving with an electric.

#1- can you recommend one?
#2- What's the best (or a good price) for one? I might give it to her for Christmas.

I got dd9 a cheap electric one for her dance competition. She's almost 10, so I figure she'll graduate up to a regular razor within a year anyway. I think most girls start in 5th grade.
