Hey there!
You can find out any information you want about ECV's by going to the DISabilities Forum of DISboards. I myself am renting an ECV for our trip in June. You can find out about rides, renting from outside companies, what type to rent, etc... The people on this forum are only too happy to help you! I've gotten a lot of great advice in the last couple of months!!! Hope this helps!!!!
if he takes the train and wants to get back his scooter, he has to get off at the same stop... there won't be scooters waiting at the next stop necessarily
