Electric Parade after Wishes????

What is this madness???? The schedule for the week we are going, Sept 17-24 has Wishes at 8 and MSEP at 9 when the park closes. What is that???? It is throwing me for a loop! How do you do that? We always staked out parade spots way early and stayed there for Wishes. I don't know how to do it backwards! Suggestions?
