Electric Floating Parade???

Where is the best place to watch what my guidebook calls the electric floating parade and how would we get there? Is this an every night occurance or how would I find the schedule? How would you rate it? We're looking for new things that we've never done before and thought this could be fun. Kids were younger - usually tired out before the nighttime events.

I've searched this site under "electric floating parade" and come up empty handed.

We enjoyed viewing the Electric Water Pageant from the Poly beach. I believe it stops in front of all MK resorts as well. It is not all that lengthy, but if you were to watch it after an evening meal at 'Ohana, etc you could make an evening out of it. After it had passed by the Poly, DH & I got on the boat that ran from the Poly dock back to the MK and then headed back to our resort. Although, if you timed it right, you could stay on the beach and enjoy the MK fireworks as well.

Last April we stayed the Poly and watched it from there. It started at 9:00 and went 10 or 15 min. If there are fireworks you must stay there and watch them also. That is the best place to watch them from. You can walk to the poly from the TTC if your taking a bus. You can also watch the parade from the G F , Contemporary and the front of the Magic Kingdom.

You can also see it from the beach at Fort Wilderness. It's nice and pleasant!
