Elastigirl after PixarFest?

Can anyone tell me if/which Pixar characters are at the park fairly regularly when it's NOT Pixar Fest? Specifically we're interested in ElastiGirl, Buzz, and Ember, whom I am assuming is just for Pixar Fest,...but Buzz and Mrs. Incredible?

Side note...perhaps mostly rhetorical, but why is the app calling her Mrs. Incredible instead of ElastiGirl or Helen Parr?? I'll admit I'm not always paying rapt attention while he's watching Incredibles 2 for the billionth time, but it seems like she really has her own character - not just "the Mrs."

Off the top of my head, Mr & Mrs Incredible, Woody, Jessie, Buzz, Mike & Sully, Russel & Carl, and others, rotate throughout the day on Pixar Pier.

I hadn't seen Dug, Wade or Ember before Pixar Fest (they are currently in Disneyland, not DCA).
