El Rio De Tiempo Update????

Since this is my FAVORITE ride, I got very nervous when I read another post that said that there are rumors about updating it. Can anyone shed any light on this? Those meanies who write The Unofficial Guide 2006 said nothing but horrible things about this ride. I just pray that the Disney folks did not interperet that to mean people don't like it, cause there are obviously alot of us who do. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Have any of you heard anything one way or the other?? Thanks.....

I haven't heard anything about it....but last week it was still open and the same.
