El Pirata y el Perico - when is it open?

Does anyone know when El Pirata y el Perico is open? I see that it is open seasonally but I am not sure what season that means....should it be open at the end of August? Thanks!

Seasonal is the Disney term for whenever they feel like it.

Generally it is during busy times.

Thanks...I think that the free dining should qualify for somewhat busy times, right?

a good chance that it could be open at the end of August. It should be listed in the times page handed out daily at MK. My experience is that it is open for lunch only - usually something like 12:00 - 3:00. That's in mid June and not during the heaviest times though. They often had the Noodle Station open for dinner when El Pirata was open for lunch.
