El Pirata y El Perico Open?

Can somebody tell me if El Pirata y El Perico is open right now? It seems to be closed on most of our trips, except the last one in March 2008, I'm just hoping we can go to it this time!

It was open for MNSSHP on the 4th. I didn't take notice if it was open any other time though.
