El Mercado Breakfast

Looks like breakfast options at El Mercado are VERY limited right now. Can anyone who has been recently or is there now let me know if there is anything like the bounty platter - a plate with eggs, bacon, etc.? Or can you order a side of eggs and a side of bacon? I don't really want a sandwich or bowl. THANKS!

Just there this past weekend. One of the offerings was scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon & sausage on one plate. Our Team also got the bacon, egg & cheese sandwiches with hash browns which was very good. Sorry I didn't get any pics.

Just knowing that there is a platter with regular eggs and bacon is enough! THANK YOU!
