Eisner "Ousted"

Michael Eisner, after a vote from stockholders and the board, has had his position split in two and is no longer CEO and chairman of the Walt Disney Company.

He's far from "ousted". He's still calling the shots as CEO and the new Chairman of the Board (George Mitchell) is perceived to be a "rubber stamp" friend of Eisner's. It's mainly window dressing.
