The LA Times reported today that in response to recent Wallstreet downgrades, slumping Park & Resort attendance, the flop at DCA and the miserable box office failings of Pearl Harbor & Atlantis, The Walt Disney Company's Board of Directors has announced today that they are excercising their rights in a previously secret section of Michael Eisner's lucrative contract to combat Disney's management woes.

Specifically, the codicil allows Disney to remove Eisner from his position in return for an aditional 10 percent in the profit royalty structure for the next 25 years should his succesor succesfully turn the Company around.

In a move destined to stun the entertainment world and religious world alike, Disney announced that founder and former Disney head, Walt Disney was being removed from his freezer for immediate thawing and would be replacing Eisner as soon as his body temperature would allow. The negative part of the deal for Eisner is that he has to replace Walt inthe Freezer for the next 25 years. Surprisingly, Eisner was upbeat saying "while I'll miss my wife & family at least I won't have to hear about Shrek or that little midget for the next 25 years!"

I just thought they were joking!!!...Anybody got a parka they're not going to be using???
