It looks delicious and slightly less expensive than the YC/BC breakfast buffets. I just wish they had a vegetarian price for buffets, sigh... I hate paying meat-included prices when we're not going to eat it. I'm also not sure if we want to spend the time eating a full sit-down meal vs sleeping in a bit more on our Epcot day. Does the Dolphin have a take-out option for eggs?

We did mobile order from Ale and Compass a few times during our trip in mid-June. The food was delicious. My DS13 loved the American breakfast, but I'm not a huge meat eater, so I would order the kids' scrambled eggs which was plenty for me and does not include meat. We were staying at YC so just took the food to our room, but many people were utilizing the A&C lounge space, tables/chairs, to eat their mobile order breakfast. There are also some places to sit on the covered, outdoor patio behind the Y&C lobby. I really loved the mobile option as it's TS quality food without an ADR.

We ate at Picabu, that's where we got the made to order omelettes. I'm not sure about to go, but I'd assume they can be made to go. You can snag the Swan Dolphin Mobile App click on I'm on Property then Text us, and ask them directly.

Yes, Picabu and yes it does have take out. I think you can also get a breakfast sandwich at Fuel at the Dolphin and maybe (not sure) at the little coffee spot at the Swan. You can also order from a menu at Fresh Market and not get the made to order omelet.
Fresh Market is not doing a buffet so to speak right now. They make your omelet with whatever you tell them to put in it and the other buffet items are behind glass and a CM gets them or you. Last time I was there in April, they didn't have their great juices available.

My family mobile ordered breakfast sandwiches and platters at BC Marketplace. It was a solid breakfast meal. Nothing super spectacular. No wow factor. But, it was a good basic breakfast that filled us up to take on DHS and enjoy RoTR.
