When is the Egg Roll Cart open? Is this really a prized snack or is it just the "everything tastes better at WDW" syndrome?

We went in Oct 08, Jan 09 and March 09 and it was open every time.

It's over between Frontierland and Adventurland. If you can get a fresh one and not one sitting under the heat lamps for an hour they're pretty good!

I am going to have try one when we are there in may i never new they had one and i love egg rolls and i am also going for my dole whip while i am there i missed out on it in december when we were there.
