Had a mini freakout at work when my friend told me she made my ressies yesterday!I'm renting DVC points from her, and will be staying at OKW for the first time. Been on property 3 times before. Once YEARS ago at FW, and twice at POP 07 and 08. I'm jonsing for a trip and when the whole point renting opportunity came around I had to take it! My friend is really trying to get rid of her points (hasn't had a lot of time to go so she's racked up a ton of points, and she doesn't really use them for anything other than HH and OKW) Anyway, we were originally getting a studio for me and my travel partner (first time going with a non family member) but the friend with the points said she'd give us the 1 BR for the same price as what she wanted for the studio!!
We're staying Jan 24-Feb 2, getting park hoppers and DDP, probably doing at day at Discovery Cove too. I'm getting a little nervous about my budget, I have it all pretty much figured out and have known since I got the bug to go what I'd be looking at money wise, just afraid of something unforeseen happening. 2009 had a few unplanned expenses and I'm really hoping I don't run into that this year.
So anyway just needed to come and do my happy dance here, because everyone at work got to see the real one today.
