Our strategy in September is to do the super early EEMH at HS on two different mornings - one morning, we will focus on SWGE. The second morning we will focus on TSL. We'll do other attractions at HS as we have time after we complete our time in those two lands. In anticipation of hopping (around 10am) to Epcot, I have made our FP+ reservations there.

What have you found is the best strategy to get between HS and EP?

We had considered driving to HS during those early mornings even though we're staying on site so we don't have to worry about buses that early. If we drive to HS, should we then drive to EP? Or come back for the car later? I'm really trying to make the most of our time and be the most efficient.

Personally, I would drive. Will the Skyliner be open for your stay? I am not sure of the routes just yet, but could be an option. It will be blazing hot, so you probably don't want to walk.

Boat

I would definitely take the boat between DHS and Epcot. As far as getting to DHS, I would drive and just leave the car there and then boat back when you are done at Epcot. Or use a ride share to get to DHS, and then bus or monorail from Epcot back to your resort, depending on where you’re staying.

I hadn't thought of using Lyft/Uber to get to HS that morning. That's a great idea. Then we can just take the bus back to our resort from EP.

Yeah, we were there last September during record heat and I'm kind of antsy about how hot it's going to be this year. I don't think we want to walk that far, even at 10am. I'm not sure the Skyliner will officially be open when we're there. I don't think it opens until after we leave.
