I am off on wednesday getting eurostar and taying at exploroers.

we were given the trip as a thankyou gift and the freind who gave it to us has the eurostar tickets but deleted the confermation email from disney . do we need it ?
Can we get another copy ?

You could call explorers and ask for your reference number.

I've never stayed offsite, but when you check in to a disney hotel you just need your reservation number. Or you could phone disney reservations (if you booked direct) and ask them to re-send. When I called and added HB plus I got a second e-mail with all my details on to confirm my changes so I'm sure they can do that for you.

You will need the hotel confirmation email - best phone Disney (or get your friend to) to get it resent to you. You will at least need the booking confirmation/reservation number.

I am with Elaine, ring and ask (or tell your friend to do it for you) because you will need your confirmation number and details and they will want to see your booking email when you will check in.

The email takes 24-48 hours to arrive so ring asap
