It was a 2 hour wait this morning...took me 20 minutes to get connect (All Circuits Are Busy) and then I was on hold for 34 minutes before a CM picked up

Only 30 minutes, count yourself lucky, it was over an hour and a half this morning.

I only waited about 7 minutes this morning at around 9am! Wow! But isn't it exciting? Woo hoo! Free dining for my March dates!

I booked through magical journeys... I had an email upon loading up my work email that my ressie has been modified to account for Free Dining set it and forget it!

I called after work today and was on hold for 40 mins, but I had to be somewhere, so I had to hang up. It killed me, because with my luck, the minute I hang up is the minute they answer!
Going on 23 minutes on hold for the second call and even though I keep telling myself they're not going to run out of rooms in 1 day, I still feel I MUST get my reservations changed today!

I waited less than 4 minutes at lunch today (1pm ET). I used the "alternate" number that was posted earlier - 407-939-7532. The first time I tried, all circuits were busy. I called right back and they said my wait time would be 4 minutes but it wasn't even close to that.

THREE HOURS I was on hold this morning! well, technically about 2 hours 55 minutes. ahhhh!!

Now am on again... doing a split stay now that got FD portion of stay taken care of earlier... so wanted to finalize the rest of the trip... so on hold AGAIN...

BUT.. now it's disney chanell music... ahhhh, serioiusly, this is so much better! was going nuts with tiki room and pirates and COP music early this morning!!

The guy I talked to was wonderful. Saving $$$ is worth the wait!
He said that that the computers got so overwhelmed earlier tonight that he had to tell people who waited a long time to call back tomorrow. YIKES!!

I was on hold for 2hrs, 45 minutes. From 7am. I just put my phone on speaker and listened to Disney music while I went about my work. I lucked lot that the cm picked up in between clients

I think I would of booked a new reservation on line and called back in week to cx old one.
