EEH crowds and likelyhood of rides?

During our trip we have two Epcot EEH and two MK EEH that I'd like to take advantage of.

We won't be purchasing LLMP or any LL options at all - too expensive for our party of 4.

What are crowds typically like during EEH at both of these parks? I've never done EEH in this form (deluxe accommodations) before so really have no idea of the crowd levels.
The dates we are at WDW are May 19 - 29th

I'm trying to use the EEH to ride the attractions that would typically have the longest waits and use the daytime visits to the parks for more casual rides and shows, enjoying our surroundings and relaxing by our hotel pool and then use the evening hours to "go for it" LOL

My kids are 9 and 6 and don't mind a late night every now and then when we are on vacation so planning on having a relaxing morning the next days after the EEH.
Any advice or tips welcomed!

Crowds are lower for sure, but don't expect walk-ons for popular rides. Last month, we did Remy and GotG twice during EEH. Wait was around 25 mins for Remy (posted wait 55 mins), and 25 mins to the 1st preshow for Guardians (posted at 50 mins).

For MK, we only wanted to do 2 rides. 7DMT was 25 mins (posted wait 45 mins), and Tron was 26 mins (posted also at 45 mins).

Don't let the posted wait times discourage you. As you can see from our experience, posted wait was much longer than the actual wait. In previous years, I remember Peter Pan being 4 mins!

those kinds of waits are fine, I was more thinking I don't want to wait an hour plus LOL

Guardians for us will be as single riders / child swap as our two kids won't ride that one so hoping to do that during EEH.
Everything else like Remy, Frozen etc of course we will all do as a family so 25-45 mins is fine :)

The main problem with Epcot EEH is the distance between the rides. It’s hard to do Frozen, Remy and GotG all in one night. Having two EEH at Epcot, plus some regular park time, will help!

yes, thanks we will likely do GOTG one night and the rest up in world showcase the other.
