EE single rider

They do have a single rider line, but not all of the time. Look for the sign outside of the FP return line. If it is displayed, they will be doing single riders and you go with the FP people. When you get near the ride then you are separated from the FP line. DH did this. When he got to the ride he wait for ~15 minutes to get on. He said they only took 1 or 2 single riders per train.

So if I get to EE early on a morning EMH day, am I better off with the single rider line if they they have it or just going the FP route??

they didn't have one going last month when I was there. I went straight there at opening. I was 3rd in line for the day, rode and got off and got fp for later ;) excellent ride!!!

If you get to EE early on a morning EMH day, just walk right into the standby line.
The wait will only be a few minutes.
You can ride, come back out, and ride again and/or get a FP for later.

If you get there right at opening the singles line might not be opened, it happened to me once, but every other time I've been to AK including the day it wasn't opened at 9 am it was opened by like 10:30 am.

My wife and I were in Ak on 6/2 and we rode EE. It does have a single riders line. The posted wait time was 60 minutes but we waited only 20 minutes in the single rider line.

I did Single rider line and was put in the same line as FP people so really if I was with someone else we could have sat together. This was in March though.

They close it off at some point the last hour the park's open; sometimes right at the 1 hour to close point, sometimes in the 30-45 minutes to close range.

Good to know, I'll check it out when I go to AK, maybe I could catch two rides early morning. :cool1:

Someone above said you are put with the fastpass people and if you're with someone you could sit together - that isn't technically right. You enter where the fastpass people do and are given a single rider pass than part of the way up the line the single rider people go one way and the fastpass go a different way. We did single rider a few times the end of May and we never got seated together, sometimes 2 of us were on the same train. If you get there at rope drop just do Standby and grab a fastpass for later. If you arriver later in the day then single rider is a good alternative for a minimal wait, especially if fastpasses are gone. We did find that at the end of the day, like last hour of park, there was hardly any wait standby so they didn't do single rider.

thanks for all the infor......I am a roller coaster chicken and I wanted to be sure DH could experience this!
