I'm sure this comes up often, but could someone tell me EXACTLY what rides (by ride name, please) are typically available during EE? We head to DL from San Diego on Tues., May 9th and we plan to do EE because we'll be guests of a resort hotel (GCH). We'll leave SD earlier than I had anticipated to get there in enough time to check-in, have breakfast, and head over for EE. We could have used this perk last year, but I didn't know about it :sad2:

Also, is it pretty apparant how to get in the gates at EE time? Is it busy or relatively quiet at that time?

Thanks so much for your help! :thanks:

Typically you will find:
Snow White
Carousel
Peter Pan
Dumbo
Alice in wonderland
Tea cups
Matterhorn
Pinnocchios daring journey
Mr Toad

Maybe:
Storybook boats
Casey Jr train

For the last year or so they have also included:
Space Mt
Buzz

Yes, there will be lines before the gates open. If you show up tight when EE starts, you will be behind a gazillion people (well, maybe only a few zillion). In other words, the lines will be long right at EE. We were shooting for 6:30AM for a 7AM EE, and we got to the gates at 6:45AM. We were about 10th in line. By 7AM, the lines were four times as long. That 15 minutes made a huge difference.

Adding to hlb, it matters the order you do your EE rides. Unless you just do not care about FantasyLand, skip Space Mtn and Buzz because you can get FastPasses for these and ride them mid-day with short lines.

It is pretty univerally agreed that you should do these two first:

Peter Pan
Dumbo

We walked onto each one.

Then, it is either Alice in Wonderland or Matterhorn. We did Alice with a 1-2 minute line, and then Matterhorn with a five minute line.

After that we did Tea Cups with a 1 minute wait, and Mr Toad as a walk-on.

Then we walked onto Snow White. So here is an order that worked for us:

Peter Pan
Dumbo
Alice
Matterhorn
Tea Cups
Mr Toad
Snow White

At this time, Pinocchio was still a walk-on (we skipped it because it was nearing 8AM, and I do not remember the Carrousel line.
