Does EE run in the rain? Storms?

Tomorrow is our last day at WDW and we were planning on doing EE one last time. Rain and scattered t-storms are predicted in the AM and early PM. Is it worth a trip to AK?

Sure.

You never know how long it will rain (if any) or at which park.
And light rain won't affect EE.

Its always lightning that they watch for and you won't know until you're there if that's going to be a lasting threat.
