EE day really worth it?

hi
going in 2 weeks-the weekend after easter, so is going to the EE park on the scheduled EE day really worth it? should we avoid that particular EE park since EVERYONE will be there? trying to make ps's and trying to come up with a schedule, so please help! all i know is that we want to be at the MK sat eve for the fireworks, but we can go back.....how nuts should we expect it to be?

My understanding is that only a few of the major attractions are open during EE, and that the park fills up quickly on those days.

The guidebook I read said to plan to move to another park as soon as it gets crowded at the EE park.

One advantage is that you are already in the park when the other attractions do open.

I'm going the third week of April too! Have a wonderful time.

Our family loved EE. We are early risers anyway, so we were already raring to go on EE days. We found that we could get 3-4 attractions done with almost no wait.

I like to go to a park the day after it has EE and be there at rope drop, has always worked well for me..

We have always had great luck with EE, and found it to be the greatest. But we are up and out of bed with the sun, so it is not a matter of getting up early for us, if we didn't do EE we would be stuck waiting for a park to open...

If you have small children then EE at MK is the only way to see Fantasyland. Rides are a walk on, except Dumbo since it is slow loading but even then it is the shortest line you will see for Dumbo.

I think anytime you can get an hour on the general public outside of Disney and locals it is a huge advantage, especially during peak and moderate seasons. I would go for the EE and even an hour or two into the park opening beifore I left to another park.
