EE day for MK is on Sunday so . . .

Hi,

I keep reading that the MK should be avoided on Sat. and Monday. How are the crowds on Sundays since it is EE day? We plan on taking advantage of EE since Fantasy land is just about the only place my 2 kids want to see. We are going the week of 6/14 but will be leaving before the Thursday EE day. Thanks for your help!

They didn't seem too bad at all when we were there in October. We went in about 11 am, and there were no lines to get in, and there we only minimal lines in Adventureland. We didn't venture far from there, though, so the rest of the park could've been more crowded. We were mostly concentrating on getting autographs in the front part of Main Street.

We have been at MK Sunday EE in November and February. Both times, you could do Fantasyland in about 1 1/2 hours. We like to spend the morning there then visit the rest of the park when Fantasyland crowds start to grow in the afternoon. Also, we have found Sunday to be a good day to visit MK in general. Hope you have a great trip!

Just an FYI... the above posters were at WDW when it was less crowded than it will be in mid-June.

We have been to WDW at the end of May, early June. I would say that you should try to get to the park 1/2 hour before it opens, make a bee-line to Dumbo when the rope drops and do all the rides you can before it gets crowded, not to mention hot. After you do the rides, you can probably head on over to Mickey and Minnie's houses and visit characters while others are just starting to crowd the rides.

EE days tend to get very crowded around 12 - 1:00, so you will want to get done early.
