Educator Discount

I have read a couple of times about people getting an educator discount. Can someone explain this to me? My wife is teacher, so if we can get a discount lets get it.

teachers, nurses, and gov. employees (state, fed, and county) can get a room discount at the Swan/Dolphin resorts--not the Disney resorts. Call their direct number and ask for availability. 1-407-934-4000. When you check in, you will need to provide proof of your employment at one of those agencies.

Does anyone know if you can buy the Dining Plan on these rates at the Swan? I can't remember if ANY Swan guests qualify to purchase the DP....

No DDP at Swan/Dolphin (no Magical Express or charging purchases to your room card there either) - but great location!
