Editting Pictures!!

I was just wondering what programs or what websites you use to edit your photos ( typing on them, hearts, lightening and darkening the photo ect...)??

and also what are some of the sayings, quotes ect. you put on your pictures??

I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0.
It's old, but I can do many things that people can do on fancier programs. I've tried older versions of Adobe's actual Photoshop, but due to a lack of a undo and redo button, I could never get used to it.

picnik.com is pretty awesome. You can do lots of things, even with a free account. I also recently discovered photofunia.com. I don't use it much, but there are some pretty cool effects on it.
