Edit PhotoPass (Memory Maker) Photos AFTER download?

Is this possible? Just got back last night and not necessarily impressed with the photography or the editing software. I'm not an expert but if I download can I then use some photo editing software?

Yes I don't see why not. We hope to do that to. The lighting in most of them are awful. My husband says he can fix them.

They are digital photo files. You will be able to edit them any way you could normally edit photos at home.

I haven't experienced many lighting issues. But most of the photos can use some cropping. I'm of the opinion that the photographers are told to frame the photos a bit too wide, so people can add borders and such.

You will only be able to use the Disney photo editing tools (borders, stamps, signatures) until your time runs out.

If you want any of the Disney borders etc., download all the original photos first, then go back and add borders etc. and download again. That way you'll have the original version as well as the edited one. I wasn't aware of that when I cropped a Magic Shot before I downloaded any of the files. The cropped one is fine - shows 5 y/o DGD holding Tink - but I wish I had the original one too so that we could see the adults whose fingers are pointing to Tink!

You do not have to download the photos right away. You can add as many borders to each photo as you like by just making a copy of the original photo. Once you have edited as much as you want then you download everything all at once.

Thanks...so I can edit before and after downloading? Obviously no Disney edits to the downloaded ones...but other software edits are possible after downloading?

I don't see why not.. They download as jpegs don't they?
I plan to use Photoshop Elements .
An will most likely make my own book using Winkflash.com
